Returns and refunds
Due to the personal nature of the products we offer, we are not able to accept returns on any items. However, we know you're going to love our soap. If you don't, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your delivery and you can keep the soap on us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
